A dark beer with dark tastes for dark days, however with a surprising tropical coconut-aroma and -taste, which still gives the tropical sun in your glass

Hops: 47gr Centennial (9% @ 90min)
66gr Amarillo (7.8% @ 15min)
34gr Amarillo (7.8% @ vlamuit)
Additions: 2.3gr yeast nutricion (10 minutes before end of boiling)
125gr Medium-toasted Oak, soaked in whiskey, at start of fermentation
20ml Cocos Aroma (Arsegan) after 8 days
Yeast: 22gr Fermentis SafAle BE-256 at 20oC
SG (start - end): 1.082 - 1.020
Steeping-scheme: 23.4 liter Boskoop water with 1.5gr CaSO4 and 9ml lactic acid
Single-steeping: 90 minutes at 67oC
stir at 15 and 30 minutes
In 10 minutes heat to 78oC
10 minutes steep-out at 78oC
Sparging:
Sparged with 7 liter Boskoop water with 1.4ml lactid acid at 80oC
Fermentation: 21 days in CCT, no yeast drained
